Rates

Villa Kelapa is suitable for up to six people. Rates are quoted per week or per month and are inclusive of the airport pickup, cooking and laundry service as well as dinner on arrival.

On the day of arrival we offer a complimentary dinner.

The ingredients to prepare your meals and your drinks will be charged to you separately, based on the local costs.

It is appreciated if you tip the staff for services rendered.

Reservations

You can make reservations by phone or through email. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of half of the rental fee. The other half is to be settled six weeks prior to arrival.

Payments can be made through PayPal (an eBay company) using your credit card or PayPal balance. We will send you an invoice through PayPal for a secure internet payment.

Alternatively you can pay through international bank transfers.

In principle down payments are non-refundable, unless we are able to rent it out to others for this period.
